RULES AND POLICIES
It is forbidden to use the apartment and its contents inappropriately. Any inappropriate use or damage to the apartments' furnishing, kits or finishings might be punished by keeping part or the entirety of the 250€ security deposit and beyond.
The apartment's guests are the only ones who can stay at the apartment for the night.
Check-ins have to be scheduled and appointments can be taken from 3:00pm to 8:00pm. It is possible to request late check-ins after 8:00pm which will result in an extra fee of €44,00 as late check in fee. Check-outs can be done autonomously before 11:00am and no late check-outs are allowed.
